ASE 10th General Assembly Meeting

On March 12,2009 the ASE held its 10th General Assembly meeting, which was chaired by H.E. Mr. Mohammad S. AL-Hourani, Chairman of the Board of Directors and with the presence of all board members, the CEO of the ASE and the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) representative. During the meeting, the Board of Directors' report on ASE's accomplishments for the year 2008, activities and its future plans was discussed, Furthermore; the report of the ASE auditor on its balance sheet, income statement and financial position was presented, they also discussed the annual budget, as well as the 2008 revenues and expenses and cash flow statements and the financial statements of the year ending on December 31 st , 2008 were endorsed.

A new members for the ASE' Board of Directors were elected whereas, Al-Amal Financial Investments, Aman For Securities, Arab Co-operation Financial Investment, and Business Women Trading Securities won the election.
