Increasing Listed Capital of ABMS
The ASE announces that Al-Bilad Medical Services (ABMS) has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (25,439,826) to JD/Share (30) million through Private Placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Wednesday August 3rd, 2016.
