Increasing Listed Capital of NDAR
The ASE announces that NUTRI DAR (NDAR) Company has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (8,920,636) to JD/Share (11,615,912) through private placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Thursday October 27th, 2016.
