Increasing Listed Capital of SHBA
The ASE announces that SHEBA METAL CASTING (SHBA) has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (959,700) to JD/Share (995,573) through Private Placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Thursday July 28th, 2016 .
