Increasing Listed Capital of SHBA
The ASE announces that SHEBA METAL CASTING (SHBA) has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (995,573) to JD/Share (1) million through private placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Sunday August 21st, 2016 .
