Increasing Listed Capital of WIVA
The ASE announces that WINTER VALLEY TOURISM INVESTMENT (WIVA) has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (18,179,935) to JD/Share (33,643,497) through private placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Monday October 10th,2016.
