Suspend trading on JMAG shares
The ASE announces that JORDAN MAGNESIA Company (JMAG) will be suspended from trading in OTC market starting Sunday, Jan. 29th 2017, following the Issuance of a decision by the Ministry of Industry and Trade approving the Manaseer Group Acquisition of a 100% of (JMAG) shares. The company will be suspended till all Acquisition procedures are completed.
