Suspend Trading on OFTC Shares
The ASE announces that OFFTEC HOLDING GROUP (OFTC) Company will be suspended of trading starting August 16th 2016, following the Issuance of a decision by the Ministry of Industry and Trade approving the reduction of the company's capital by redeeming treasury stocks. The company will be suspended till all capital reduction procedures are completed.
