Listing new shares of HOLI
The ASE announces that THE HOLY LAND INSURANCE COMPANY (HOLI) has completed all required procedures to increase its listed capital from JD/Share (8) million to JD/Share (10) through private placement.
Accordingly, the ASE will list the new shares on Thursday, Dec. 15th 2016.
