The Thirteenth Meeting of the General Assembly of Amman Stock Exchange
The General Assembly of Amman Stock Exchange will hold the thirteenth meeting on Thursday 15/3/2012. The meeting will be chaired by the Vice Chairman of the Board-Dr. Bashir Zu'bi. Members of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of Amman Stock Exchange- Mr. Jalil Tarif, and Representative of Jordan Securities Commission will attend the meeting.
The meeting will discuss the report of the Board of Directors on the activities of Amman Stock Exchange for 2011 and its future plan; the participants will listen to the Auditor's Report including the balance sheet, final statements of account, and the financial position of Amman Stock Exchange. In addition, they will discuss the annual balance sheet, the account of revenues and expenditures, and the cash flow of Amman Stock Exchange. The financial statements for the year ending December 31st, 2011 will be endorsed.
Members of the new Board of Directors of Amman Stock Exchange will be elected during the meeting as well.
